My fav of all favs from her session! My poster-girl image! Lol!
Little Miss Carrigan is quite the photogenic one! I first took her pictures while she was in the belly of her beautiful mommy (who's now expecting a brother or sister for Carrigan) and then again when she was about 8 months old. She was chunky and all smiles! It was so nice to go see her as an 18 month old... she was a bit more reserved for the first little while. Mom had her dressed in the sweetest little balloon skirt and matching top. She was so girly and actually reminded me a lot of my Elyse. As you can see, she loooves the camera and really turned on the charm for me!
If you are a friend of mine on Facebook, then you've seen her sweet face before... she's been my little muse for my profile picture and on my business cards. She's turned out to be my own little model! Can't wait for next time!!
This little sweetie belongs to dear friends of mine, Brooke and Jeff back in South Florida! We did this session before the holidays and I just wanted to post a few of my favorites! I loved the two with the faded color and the flower series... it was so funny to watch her explore and figure out how tasty it was!!! She's precious and has some gorgeous eyes too!
She was a teeny-tiny little thing when she was born and it's been so fun to watch her grow! We did some photos of here when she came home from the hospital too! Her mom Brooke is one of my buds and i especially love her because she indulges me in going for Greek food when I come back to visit/work! Brooke- how's next month for ya? I'll be back the weekend of the 14th! Wanna be my Valentine?? :)
Miss Lexi-Kay.... I mean seriously, I know she's my niece.... but HOW BEAUTIFUL IS THIS CHILD??
Handsome Noah- who's going to be 10 in four months which makes me feel ancient!!! I still remember feeding him in the middle of the night when my sister's hubby was out of town and he was just weeks old!!!?
Beautiful "Sissy" (Sydni) as we call her...
I just love her girly side!!
One more for fun... this was to match the ones on the post below to match her big brother and sister's pics! So now my sister has both a color and black & white "wall" series and a "floor" series!! Yaay!
I couldn't resist posting these.... more pics of my beautiful little nieces and nephew from my recent trip to Wisconsin! What sweet faces these are! I miss them already!!!
Now that the holidays are done.. I have one month to tie up a few loose ends. I'm going to do my best to post a few of my favorite sessions from my 2 recent trips to South Florida that I didn't have time to post amid the holiday rush! There were about 30 of them... so it's going to be hard to choose! If you are a faithful visitor... check back to see!
I'm gearing up for another 2 trips to South Florida for 2 weddings and a bunch of portrait sessions (in February and March) and a trip to Utah for a FABULOUS photography workshop to improve my skills and build my business... can't wait! So... stay tuned for some great stuff!
As you may have read, I've been in Wisconsin for the last 2 weeks on holiday visiting my sister's family! We've had a wonderful time and sadly, today is the last day of our visit. I haven't been outside yet today, but apparently the high is 14 degrees... so I guess this is a great time to head back to Texas!!! I've been amazing at all the snow we've had and was OVERJOYED to be able to schedule a wintery Senior Session to capture some of it!! These two ladies are the daughter's of one of my sister's dear friends...when I heard she needed Senior pictures done... I was IN!! Unfortunately (and fortunately!) it started coming down pretty hard right as we started shooting... so a few of my creative ideas were dashed... the snow was blowing too hard... but we managed to find a few spots that weren't quiet so thick!! They've got snow in their hair.... but that was sort of inevitable I guess!?
I was very intrigued by Kinza's amazing eyes.. check out their gorgeous shape! She's seriously talented too. We did a few pictures of her playing her piano "Buddy!!" I honestly almost teared up... her playing was really beautiful. What a gift!!
Then there was Miss Colette.. such the cutie! I especially loved the shots of her in the red jacket and with her cute striped hoodie and polka-dot scarf!!
Girls- you get the "tough stuff" award for standing out in the snow with no jackets in order to get these shots!! You did awesome and I hope you enjoy this preview! :) Kinza, I wish you a wonderful Senior year.. I know you are going to go very far in life. I pray God blesses you richly in your music... man, can He use your gifts girl to bring people to know who He is!! See you next time!!
