Nothing like a gorgeous head of dark locks... I get to take this beauty's Senior Portraits in the spring! Woo-hoo!
Love this... :)
Looove!!!!
Just hangin' out... letting everyone admire her!
So this is the type of moment I wait for... if I'm patient.... it comes. She plopped down and was sort of watching the commotion going on in front of her. I snapped this quick (the Sad Fairy shot)... and then..... (see the next image)
I slowly moved over in front of her and waited... trying not to distract her or let her really notice me... and I waited some more.... and then I got this.... the little smile as she watched her sisters and mom! BINGO!!!!
I love her expression here... everyone was telling her how pretty she looked in her princess dress... you can just sort of see that little look of affirmation in her eyes!!
How beautiful are these girls???? Got to squeeze them in last minute on Sunday evening.... wow, what fun! Thanks to my photag friend Kit for pointing me towards this fun location! As you might notice, we stayed put for this one.... very unlike me!?? :) I just felt like these cool tunnels were so much fun, I didn't want to leave!
Enjoy this preview of your beautiful babies, Bevette!! More to come soon....
This session has been a long time coming!! Eric and Mindy are dear friends of ours since moving to Texas... God so graciously put them in our path early on and Matt and I have grown to love their whole family! As you can easily see... they've made some beautiful babies... so beautiful that my shutter finger twitches anytime I'm around them for more than 5 minutes!! Mindy waited for my schedule to calm down a bit, and booked me for a combo session!!! Needless to say I was thrilled... I've had some serious ideas for her little ones and it was BLISS for me to make those happen! BIG bonus: Eric and Mindy have recently recorded a worship cd and are in the post production stages. We shot a bunch of different types of images to select one for the cover of their cd! What a cool opportunity to be a part of something like that!!
Well guys, I know you've been waiting on pins and needles to see these! Enjoy!!! So grateful to have you all in our lives!!
Ok, so I'm finally going to print some new 4"x6" double-sided cards for advertising out here in Texas!! I've designed several, but have gotten by on my normal business cards up until now! So- these are THE cards... whatdayathink? I think they are very girly... which I love! I'll be adding a Wedding/Sweetheart card and a Senior Portrait card... but this is what I've got so far!! As you can see, I've got some very recent work included... I love all these little faces and beautiful bellies... it was hard to choose!!
These guys were my first official clients in Texas... and I'm thrilled that they re-booked me for a holiday session/milestone session for little Elliot! Talk about a beautiful family... these little faces are precious! I especially love the images of the two big guys in my favorite old run-down turquoise building.... catching this location at the right time of day when the lighting is juuust right is key! It's too bad that it's going to get bulldozed to the ground one day soon... either that or painted over and remodeled... I mourn the day!!! I couldn't resist taking them there with what they were wearing! The LOVE wall was perfect for this session too... such fun!
Thanks so much for having me back!! It's a pleasure to work with you guys and I'm enjoying being a part of Elliot's first year!!
I don't blame her for nibbling on those ears... :)
Can you feel the love???
This shot cracked me up!!!! It's soooo shows them in their truest form... in action!! Love it!
Ohhh man, what a little heart-breaker!!
And now, for the grande finale....
These two cuties belong to one of my dearest Texas friends, Christy!! Christy has been wanting to schedule this for a while, and we finally made it happen... just in time for Christmas! Ernesto & Asher were on the move...and I got my exercise running around taking these shots!! My favorites are the two close-ups and the one of them on the stairs hugging! I really should have posted the very next shot in that series... same scenario.... except Asher has a look of annoyance on his face saying, "Get OFF me already!".. and he's pushing Ernesto off of him! Too funny!
Christy, love ya sister.... you bless my socks off just being my girly-friend! Hope these make you smile! More to come....
