Quinn Davis
So, this is little man Quinn. He's about a month old here and is such a little cutie. So tiny. My first impressions of him were how mature his little features are and how gorgeous his auburn hair was. He also seriously favors his Daddy! It was a pleasure shooting with his mom and dad again and I hope to do another session soon! Can't wait to see this little guy as he grows!
Ms. Thang!
Charlie is a new friend of mine, and fellow NPI member... in fact, she's the Palm Beach County Director of the program. I joined her Delray Chapter about 3 months ago to meet other professionals in my area and to promote In Bloom... not to mention the fact that it also enables me to get out of my normal routine as soccer mom and to get out once a week dressed like a woman without baby food stains on my shirt!!
Charlie is a doll and we had such a nice time shooting these images. We started with a studio session in her cozy little nest of a home for some professional head shots... then we headed down to the area behind her home... a nice lake and lots of greenery. The little kitty in the shot with Charlie was a stray she's been feeding.. she calls her "Random"... because she's just a random cat that has adopted Charlie. I was tempted to scoop her up and take her home with me... she was so sweet! She followed us around the whole time!
Charlie was a natural in front of the camera... made my job a piece of cake! Thanks Charlie, more to come!

Angel Babies-Part Two
This is Tess & Tripp... two of the tiniest babies I think I've ever seen!!!? Actually, they are completely normal (though they were both around 5 pounds at birth which seems sooo tiny to me, but again.. normal for twins) but just seemed so little because I'm used to my 20 pound daughter. It's amazing how fast I forget how tiny my kids were?! It gets me every time I'm around a newborn! Tess & Tripp WERE little angels... they were so chill and relaxed while I moved them all over the place and did my thing. Just a lot of little grunts and squeaks... so sweet. Tess looks just like her big sis, Elsie, who's 3. Tripp is a spitting image of Daddy... no denying him!! I can't wait to see how the change and grow, I'll get to because their mommy has become a friend now... one of the many perks of this job! Beautiful!
My Blue Eyed Babies - Yet Again!
So, I couldn't resist posting these pictures of my kids... I am blown away as I look at them even now how much they are growing and changing as the days go by. I had a head shot session a week or so ago that I set up and shot at my home (which I NEVER do anymore because with 2 kids it's one big play area... not so professional!?) and when I was done, I plopped Trystan up there on the stool and told him to show me his silly face. It was so great, got some great smiles (which is next to impossible these days) and silly faces too. It lasted all of about 60 seconds and the moment was over! He was off and running. When I saw the pictures, I almost cried.. he's just changing so fast... all little boy and no baby left. This picture looked frighteningly like a school picture and it really freaked me out! :)
Elise, my joyful little monkey... well, I was feeling pretty bad because I spend all my time taking pictures of other people's children and often neglect my own in this way. Elise looked so pretty in her pink little frock, that I sat her down and opened up the front door for some extra light... she sat and batted her long eyelashes at me and giggled at silly mommy behind the camera playing peek-a-boo. This was one of my favorites.
I've been BURIED in editing sessions and haven't posted anything in a week or so... so here it is for now! Coming Attractions: Got some gorgeous teeny-tiny twins coming, my new NPI friend Charlie's "breezy" session by the lake, and a few other fun sessions to showcase!
Took this little man's pictures while he was in Mom's tum... it's always so great to get see who was actually in there!! Maddox is about 7 months old now, just a month younger than my daughter. His parents and I were in the same hypno-birthing class. Adria had called me to set up her pregnancy session, but we had no idea we'd be in the same class. It was pretty funny when she introduced herself... I knew immediately it had to be the same person (unique name).. her husband thought I was a stalker when I struck up a conversation with him starting with.."So, did you and your wife just get back from vacation?" It was hilarious as I explained to him the situation. :) They took some gorgeous pregnancy pictures too! So great to come back and see them in their new roles as parents. It always amazes me... even walking into their home... I know just how much their lives have changed since I last saw them.... and I know just how much more joy they have in their lives due to this little person. It is really incredible.... what a gift these little people are!!
Tuesday
Sharin & David... Part One...
Sharin & David exchanged vows this past Saturday and I had the honor of being with them and capturing the entire event for them on camera! Everything was really beautiful and I enjoyed myself even though I was a working guest!! I wanted to get some pictures up for the happy couple, but there are a ton of images to sort through... these were a few of my favorites so far!
More to come guys! Congratulations and thank you again for having me! Have a safe trip up to Georgia!!
